Toward the weekend

Last night I watched my favourite show Battlestar Galactica, it is really well written and I find the characters to be more enjoyable the more I watch. You can't help but get caught up with the flow of the story.

Had a good day, was let off work early due to the call volume being low. Went to the gym and had a really good work out, can still feel it in my shoulders and arms. Supper this evening was Bebimbap, a great Korean dish of mixed greens and rice with Gochu Jang (chilie pepper paste).
